Self love isn't selfish

"कौन कहता है कि तनहाइयां अच्छी नहीं होती यह तनहाइयां ही हैं जो हमें खुद से मिलने का बेहतरीन मौका देती हैं"

     हम दुनिया से, सारे दोस्तों से, समाज से, सबसे रोज मिलते हैं सबके हालचाल पूछते हैं, किसके घर में क्या हो रहा है सब की खबर रखते हैं, पर दिन के 24 घंटों में से खुद से मिलने का एक पल भी देते हैं क्या?

पूछिए आज अपने दिल से कि आप खुद अपने आप से कब मिले?

"खुद से प्यार करना" अगर यह शब्द हम किसी के सामने कहते हैं तो शायद हमें एक ही उत्तर मिलता है कि कितना स्वार्थी है। पर खुद से प्यार करना यह कोई स्वार्थ नहीं है यह एक ऐसी तपस्या है जो हर कोई नहीं कर सकता। खुद से प्यार करने का मतलब यह बिल्कुल नहीं है कि हम किसी और से प्यार ही नहीं करेंगे, बल्कि जो इंसान खुद से प्यार करता है ,अपने आपको जानता है पहचानता है ,वह लोगों को कहीं और ज्यादा प्यार दे सकता है। क्योंकि-

हम क्या हैं यह सिर्फ हम जानते हैं ,बाकि लोग तो सिर्फ हमारे बारे में अंदाजा लगा सकते हैं।

इसलिए सब से मिलिए पर पूरे दिन में एक बार खुद से भी मिलिए खुद के भी हाल-चाल पूछिए इससे आपके अंदर जो आप हैं, उन्हें बहुत अच्छा लगेगा कि आपने अपने आपको भी महत्व दिया है।

लोगों को खोने से मत डरो पर हां डरो इस बात से कि कहीं लोगों का दिल रखते रखते तुम खुद को ना खो दो, इसलिए लोगों से पहले खुद को खुद से खोने से जरूर डरो।

    हम बहुत सारे सपने देखते हैं ,पर उन सपनों में से आधे भी पूरे करने की हमारी हिम्मत जवाब नहीं देती है। पता है क्यों,

    क्योंकि आधे से ज्यादा सपने इसलिए टूट जाते हैं कि लोग क्या कहेंगे.......

अरे लोगों का तो काम ही है कहना, हम जिस समाज में रहते हैं वहां सिर्फ लोगों के पास दूसरे के निर्णय पर उंगली उठाने के अलावा और कुछ नहीं आता और...

इसी समाज को हम परखने जाएंगे तो शायद कोई अपना नहीं होगा ,पर हां जब इसी समाज को हम समझने लग जाएंगे ना ,तो शायद कोई पराया भी नहीं होगा।

इसलिए एक बार खुद से जरूर मिलना चाहिए, एक बार सब की  राय से पहले अपने अंदर जो आप हैं ,उसकी राय जरूर लेना चाहिए क्योंकि "आपके अंदर जो आप हैं उसकी ना तो आपसे कोई दोस्ती है और ना ही कोई दुश्मनी वह जो भी बताएगा वह बिल्कुल निष्पक्ष और सटीक होगा।"ऐसा ना हो कि हम सोचते रह जाएं...

       कि सामने मंजिल थी और पीछे उसका वजूद

पर करते क्या हम भी यारों,

       रुकते तो सफर रह जाता ,चलते तो हमसफ़र रह जाता।

इसलिए जिंदगी को आज खुद से मिलवा ओ और खुद को खुला छोड़ दो जीने के लिए क्योंकि जब हम किसी चीज को बहुत संभाल कर रखते हैं ना... और जब उसकी जरूरत पड़ती है तब दोस्तों......

 If we say this word in front of someone "to love ourselves", perhaps we get only one answer, how selfish.  But it is not selfishness to love oneself, it is such a penance that not everyone can do.  To love ourselves does not mean that we will not love anyone else, but the person who loves himself, knows himself, recognizes that he can give more love to people elsewhere.  Because-

 Only we know what we are, other people can only guess about us.

 Therefore, meet everyone, but meet yourself once in a day, ask your own condition as well. It will make you feel good that you have given importance to yourself.

 Do not be afraid of losing people, but do not be afraid to keep losing the heart of people so that you do not lose yourself, so do not be afraid to lose yourself before people.

 We dream a lot, but our courage to fulfill even half of those dreams does not answer.  know why,

 Because more than half the dreams break because of what people will say…

 Hey people, the only thing is to say, in the society where we live, there is nothing more than just people to point fingers at the decision of another and ...

 If we go to test this society, then perhaps no one will be ours, but yes, when we start to understand this society, no, perhaps there will be no alien.

 Therefore, one must meet himself once, once before everyone's opinion, you must take the opinion of what you are inside because "whatever you are in you has neither friendship with you nor any enmity whatsoever it will tell."  That would be absolutely fair and accurate. "Lest we keep thinking ...
